Arrival
When you arrive for your appointment please wait in your vehicle and call the office to check-in. One of our veterinary assistants will bring you in for your appointment when an exam room is available.2
Medical History
Our veterinary assistant will go over some general questions about the reason for your veterinary visit. If you have any questions, or concerns, or need medication refills please let the assistant know at this time.3
Examination
Your pet will be taken to the back for their full examination by the veterinarian. All vaccinations, diagnostic tests, and treatments will be performed at that time. The veterinarian will then come into the exam room to discuss your pet’s health and any exam findings. Together you will decide on a medical plan for your pet.4
Wrap-Up
Once all necessary treatments are complete, your pet will be returned to the exam room and the veterinary assistant will review all medications with you. Once all of your questions have been answered you will proceed to the receptionist to check out and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.
